The mission of Clean Energy Action is to:
- Accelerate the transition from a fossil fuel based economy
to one based on clean energy and energy efficient technologies
- Stop construction of Xcel Energy's proposed Pueblo coal
plant and any other large coal fired plant in the State of Colorado
- Raise awareness about global climate change and other
problems related to the use of fossil fuels
- Promote clean energy and energy efficient alternatives to fossil fuel reliance.
